Guntur district is an administrative district in the Coastal Andhra region of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. The administrative seat of the district is located at Guntur, the largest city of the district in terms of area and population. GYNAECOMASTIA SURGERY
Male breasts reduction surgery should be performed by Board certified cosmetics surgeon in fully accredited hospital.This surgery can be done under local or general anesthesia. When surgery will performed under general anesthesia then special anesthesic should be called.Surgery will be taken place between 1-2 hours.This surgery can be performed for outpatient also.
The technique which is used will depend on the Form of gynecomastia.There are three types of techniques which are as follows:
LIPOSUCTION: This technique may be used by the surgeon only gynecomastia may be caused due to excess of fatty tissues in the breast. Liposuction will be used to remove the fat through very small incisions.
EXCISION: If the overdevelopment t is due to excess breast tissue then a small incision around the edge of the areola (periareolar scar) will be used and the tissue cut out.
LIPOSUCTION AND EXCISION
If the overdevelopment is due to a combination of excess fatty tissue, glandular tissue and skin then it is likely you will need both liposuction and a surgical excision using a periareolar incision. In a very small number of cases, where the degree of breast enlargement is extreme, then a larger procedure may be required necessitating longer scars to remove excess skin as well as the fatty and glandular tissue.
At the end of the operation the incisions are closed with absorbable sutures, a dressing is applied over the incisions and you will leave the hospital wearing a comfortable and supportive chest binder garment.
AFTER GYNAECOMASTIA SURGERY
After the surgery, the doctor will applied the bandages or dressing on the incisions. After that you’ll be suggested to wear compression garment which will help you to reduce swelling. After all these procedure you’ll be kept under observation for at least 2-3 hours. After that you’ll be discharged from the hospital. You may be given a proper medication to reduce the pain if any. Follow any post-op instructions given to you.
